How are others handling the growth of tattoos in the office.   Are you developing policies for people to sign about what's acceptable or not? 

We have a strict policy that our employees may not have any tattoos that can be seen by other employees or our members.

Employees may use makeup to cover otherwise visable tattoos or wear long sleeved garments and/or slacks.

We are a large regional credit union with a professional attire policy that is enforced in all departments whether an employee is public/member facing or not.
