I'm taking the PHR on Thursday and would REALLY appreciate any tips for studying. I have the SHRM study guide as well as the Anne Bogardus (which I am currently reading). What should I know and what should I skip? I don't want to psych myself out but want to pass this thing. Someone in my SHRM group just failed it, so I'm a bit paranoid. Thanks in advance for any help you can share! :)

Hi, how did you do on the test? I'm looking to take it in December and I haven't started studying yet, but I do have the Kaplan HR Certification book, as well as the Bogardus one; I should start studying soon.
