PHR exam - Best Study Guides /SHRM????

I guess I have to study much more...(Boy, I did not study this much in grad school...)<br>How many HR-professionals do actually have this certification??? I talked to recruiters and they told me that not many HR Managers are certified...<br><br>I have the SHRM Learning System however, it is the not the newest version. It was purchased in 2005.<br>Should I purchase the 2008 version? It is so expensieve... Any of you from Savannah, GA area? I would not mind having a study-buddy. <br>Thanks!<br></div><br><br>
