PHR exam - Best Study Guides /SHRM????

I really thought I failed because I had to think about almost every question, there were very few that I knew right off. My employer paid for a virtual class which was six 4 hour sessions to cover each module. We also were given the complete learning system, plus we had a set of Powerpoint slides for each module. I basically read each book, then went through and highlighted sections in the books based on the slides. I then studied like crazy the week before the exam and used all the flashcards. I agree that the questions on the exam were nothing like the online practice tests. However in the SPHR prep guide included with the learning system, I found the questions to be more like the ones on the exam. </div><br><br>
