PHR exam - Best Study Guides /SHRM????

I paid a lot of $$ to take a month long prep course at a local university, studied like crazy, and still did not pass. The exam was NOTHING like what I had studied. It wouldn't have mattered how long I prepared as I was not studying the right way. The test was very strategic. The basic HR knowledge, terminology, and concepts were not on the test. The test assumes you already know the laws, regulations, and concepts in depth and then you are to apply them strategically. I heard HRCI has a good study system so I will check into that. </div><br><br>
