PHR exam - Best Study Guides /SHRM????

I am reading Larry Phillips, SPHR study guide, writing notes, making flashcards. I am also a member of SHRM. I think I may just be getting myself all worked up over this. Has anyone tested for the SPHR in May? Did you find that it wasn't what you expected? Very nervous to take this. But not many HR managers are certified, so I thought why not give it a shot? Any insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated! <BR><BR>Thank you</div><br><br>
