PHR exam - Best Study Guides /SHRM????

I didn't do so well on the practice test and so I am even more worried if they were just practiced. Has anyone taken the test in January 2008 that can shed some light on how the questions are structured. I took a course with the SRHM Learning System which came with both online practice tests and pen and pencil test.<br><br>Please advise me on your experiece in Jan 2008 or Dec. 2007 and which method worked for you the best. </div><br><br>
