I took the exam in January and did not pass. I am retaking it in June. I must say the test was quite confusing and frustrating. I guess I have to study much more...(Boy, I did not study this much in grad school...)
How many HR-professionals do actually have this certification??? I talked to recruiters and they told me that not many HR Managers are certified...
I have the SHRM Learning System however, it is the not the newest version. It was purchased in 2005.
Should I purchase the 2008 version? It is so expensieve... Any of you from Savannah, GA area? I would not mind having a study-buddy.
