I took the PHR exam a week ago and passed! I found that studying materials from different sources helped. I also attended a study group, used flashcards, test simulators and did a lot of note taking. Overall, I would say that the best preparation for the PHR and SPHR exam is to never stop studying. In other words, continue to expand on your base of knowledge and try to incorporate the core components of the test into your yearly HR responsibilities. I'm trying for my SPHR in December... wish me luck! |
