We will be opening an office in Beijing in April 08. I'm looking for information on standard practice/benefits provided to expats in China. I'm aware of the basics, e.g., cola, housing, tax equalization, etc. However, I'm interested in other standards such as car service, translators, etc.

Also, if anyone can provide guidance on the relocation allowances for assignments of 2-3 yrs I would be most greatful.
