We are currently trying to hire an Engineering Manager who will work in the US for approximately 9 months before transferring to Shanghai permanently. In addition to finding a suitable person to fill this unique position, I'm wondering if any of you have information about what a new employee in China must do to begin working. I am also interested in any information relating to tax equalization, benefits, as the former message states.
