How many have a specific policy related to this. If so, how large is the company?

We currently do not have a policy, but by the end of the year we will have one implemented because we are finding out that it is starting to develop within our workplace.  Our company has a little bit over 100 employees.

Our company policy is that romance is strongly discouraged in a manager to subordinate situation in any fashion - if the situation does arise, employees, through the policy, are encouraged to immediately divulge the information to human resources. At that point, we look at what changes we can make to the reporting structure. Employee romances are common at our company, the hard part is dropping the emotions at the door in the event of a break up.
