I've found that any general business class is good. The more knowledge you have of the business and business in general the more effective you can accomplish your job.

I believe Business Writing and Speech have been key in my success as a Human Resource Professional as my job involves constant written and oral communication.

I also endorse Carls opiniion regarding Management courses. The more you can walk the walk and talk the talk with your managers, the more credibility you will have.
